General
Do you sell single pieces or retail?
No. We only take wholesale and private-label orders. The minimum for each product is shown on its page.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and is shown on each product page. Small first orders are welcome, and sizes can be mixed within the same variant, so you can test your market before committing to more.
Are samples free?
Samples are paid. The price depends on the product and current material rates, so we quote it with your inquiry. A sample is ready in 15–20 days, and no bulk order ships before you approve it. Catalog photos are representative, so the sample is what protects you.
How long does production take?
Samples take 15–20 days. Bulk production usually takes 40–45 days after you approve the sample.
Can you put my logo on the gear?
Yes, by screen printing or embroidery, your choice, placed where you want it. Upload your logo with your inquiry and tell us where it should go. Your sample can carry your logo too.
What packaging do you use?
Shopper bags and carton boxes as standard. Custom packaging is available on request and is charged separately.
Can you make a product that isn't in your catalog?
Yes. Send a reference image, sketch or spec through "Got your own design?" on the inquiry form and we will quote it.
Who will I be in contact with?
You deal with the founder directly. Every inquiry is answered personally, within 24–48 hours, by email or WhatsApp.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship door to door worldwide by DHL, UPS and other couriers.
Is shipping paid together with the product, or separately?
Shipping (freight) is invoiced separately from the product cost. Your quote covers the manufacturing cost of your order; freight is calculated once packaging and total shipment weight/volume are finalized, and shared as a separate line item before dispatch.

Can I mix products from different categories?
Yes. Add them all to one inquiry. Each product keeps its own minimum.
What does the variant code mean?
It is the article number for that exact design. Quote it in WhatsApp or email and we know the item.
Are the photos the exact product?
They are representative. Your order is made to the sample you approve.
What material options are available for Sports products?
Most products offer a choice between original leather and synthetic leather. Pick on the product page, and use the notes field to specify an exact sub-type (e.g. cowhide, PU leather, Rexine, microfiber).
Can sizes and weights be customized (e.g. glove oz, guard sizing)?
Size and weight options are listed per variant on each product page, and sizes can be mixed within the same variant. For anything outside the listed options, add it to the notes field on your inquiry and we'll confirm feasibility directly.
